The Damage Protection program goes beyond traditional security deposits, giving you peace of mind with comprehensive coverage for unexpected incidents. From a spilled glass of wine to more significant accidents, you’re covered—without the hassle of chasing down funds from guests.

Fee: $8 USD Per Night Booked depending on Location and Size of Home. This gets automatically taken off of the booking payout so you are only charged when the place is making money.
Opt-Out: Anytime via seven (7) days’ written notice (email sufficient).
