Damage Protection Program
We understand how important it is to safeguard your property. The Damage Protection program goes beyond traditional security deposits, giving you peace of mind with comprehensive coverage for unexpected incidents. From a spilled glass of wine to more significant accidents, you’re covered—without the hassle of chasing down funds from guests.
- Up To $1 Million: Coverage up to $1 Million in damage to your property, excluding personal contents, occurring during a guest stay
- Comprehensive Coverage: Our program covers a wide range of potential incidents, from minor accidents to more significant damages, ensuring that your property remains in top condition.
- Swift Claims Processing: In the event of damage, our streamlined process means repairs are handled quickly and efficiently, minimizing downtime and costs.

Fee: $8 USD Per Night Booked depending on Location and Size of Home. This gets automatically taken off of the booking payout so you are only charged when the place is making money.

Our Screening Process:
- Identity Verification: Each guest must confirm their identity, giving you extra assurance they are who they claim to be. Compare booking, ID, and biometric data in real time
- Guest Screening: Reject bookings done with fake names, disposable emails, and burner phones.
- Sex Offenders Check: Check the guest’s name, and date of birth against the US sex offender register.
- Plus More: Enhanced features to keep your property protected.
Pricing: This is automatically included and covered by us as an additional benefit to you when you are enrolled in the Property Protection Program.
